Homemade Ravioli and Skinless Handmade Sausage

It's been fun trying many new Italian recipes this last month from my Two Greedy Italians cookbook! Here are some pictures of the month of the new Italian foods I am learning and perfecting:

Handmade ricotta ravioli

I've heard so many people say that once you make your own homemade ravioli, you will never want store bought again, well....THEY'RE RIGHT!!!

Pan seared skinless sausage with mint and fennel! Mama mia!
