I came up with this easy-to-make pattern when crocheting a blanket for my new niece and I loved it because it is neither too heavy and hot, nor too light and drafty. This blanket is a wonderful size for a crib blanket or a lap blanket, but the size is easily adjustable to even be a bed spread!
