Health Secret From Italy: The Cure for "Stipsi"
"Stipsi" in Italian refers to constipation, and if you have ever enjoyed eating around an Italian table, I'm SURE this topic of conversation has arisen more than once. One thing that was normal for me growing up was my family speaking about what was considered "sensitive subjects" for Americans, rather freely and most of all where all the important conversations take place - at the table!
When my husband, who is not Italian, first ate with my family, he asked me later after dinner, "Do they always talk about bodily functions at the table?" My answer, "Yes, of course, what's wrong with that?" I have since learned to not discuss such matters when dining with his family - very difficult to say the least. However, in my video below, I share with you the Italian remedy for "stipsi", that I learned while living in Italy and hope it's a little something that may come to help you out in a "time of need". And yes, I give you my blessing to discuss this remedy at the table. Ciao 💋
